Would you like to be part of an awesome team?
We have an amazing, hardworking Figgle Fest team, and as the event gets bigger every year, we rely on volunteers to help us
ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible.
We start setting up the Figgle Fest site the week leading up to the start of the event
and we don’t mind asking for a bit of help!
There are a wide range of tasks we need support with, such as:
Pre event set up
Marshalling/parking coordinating
Public area checks and cleaning
Signposting and general support for festival goers
Post event clear up
You can volunteer for all or part of the festival, we offer time slots around your availability.
Volunteers of ALL types, ability and experience are welcome, just let us know what you are able to
do and we’ll find you tasks that suits you.
Important things you should know:
When you sign up to volunteer, we’ll have a chat with you to make sure we are giving you suitable tasks to do.
We’ll ask you to be a supportive member of the volunteer crew, we won’t ask anyone to carry out tasks we wouldn’t do ourselves, and we’ll make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy the festival.
Volunteers are not responsible for cash handling, first aid, safeguarding or decision making. If you have worries or concerns, we’ll expect you to speak as soon as you are able to a
member of the Figgle Fest team.
Figgle Fest volunteers are not paid or reimbursed for any expenses you may incur, such as travel, food or drink.
Volunteers are expected to contribute in a safe way, following health and safety guidelines along with our instructions.
